As well as performing, I am a project manager in this space. In 2020 I co-produced and musically direct an Adelaide Fringe show with Phi Theodoros, Ukulele Dream Girl does Amanda Palmer, which received straight 5-star reviews. I also produced the Make Music Day Adelaide 2020 Festival, and held festival/event production roles with ITDOR Adelaide 2020, Festival Of Now including in 2020 and 2021 as live stream director, and in 2022 as live sound tech. I had production management and performance roles in three Adelaide Fringe Shows in 2021. One of these shows, Kym’s Overall Extravaganza Showcase, was the recipient of the Spirit Of The Fringe award. I assisted with the development of the COVID Management Plan for Rec In The West 2021 event. I have a number of recent and upcoming productions and performances, including producing Kym’s Overall Extravaganza Showcase: Volume 2 in 2022 and Volume 3 in 2023 the at the Adelaide Fringe.

I had been teaching since 2010, but unfortunately the COVID pandemic had an immediate and terminal impact on this side of the business. After pushing though 2020 and 2021 (via video lessons!), I have called time on music teaching...for now...

I've worked as Strategy Director and Media Contact for the Save The Cranker campaign since March 2024. I was responsible for the campaign policy platform and direction, stakeholder engagement, and campaign public presentation; including responding to communications, media requests (radio interviews, press releases, public presentation of the policy platform, etc.), in an agile and ever-changing environment. I also had carriage of all aspects of HR and people management across the campaign. I lead the writing of the Save The Cranker Anthem, and you might have even seen me performing on the truck at both of our public rallies!
